Types of Guided Meditation
Meditation is about focusing your attention and becoming present.
“One conscious breath in and out is a meditation” – Eckhart Tolle
You don’t need a guide and you don’t need brainwave entrainment music to meditate, but it makes it easier to achieve results.
I focus on the following types of guided meditation.
Deep Dives– The object here is to go as deep into the Great Silence as possible to connect with your higher self and gain all the benefit the Universal Consciousness has to offer.
Motitations – These are quite simply motivational meditations. Listen to these audios and focus your attention on the message.
These are great for listening to while at the gym, working, driving and doing other activities where you want to keep your brainwaves in a higher state.
Absorb and become the message.
Enlightened Journeys– Using brainwave entrainment music, imagination and visualization, we explore lands of fantasy and alien worlds full of mystism and wondor.
Thought Swap – With this we are attempting to plant specific information into your sub conscious and create a new way of thinking.
Your daily thoughts are the programs that create your life.
Individual thoughts are like the coding that creates these programs.
95% of your day is run by the autopilot programs of the sub conscious, many of which are negative and unproductive.
With a Thought Swap, we are attempting swap out some of this unproductive thought code with new, empowering code.
“Meditation is the secret of all growth in spiritual life and knowledge” – James Allen
